1. General Information

All orders placed on www.kosmopellis.ae are processed and fulfilled by Sollicare L.L.C-FZ, the exclusive distributor of Kósmopellis products in the Middle East and North Africa.

We offer fast and reliable delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and selected GCC countries.

Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays.

 


 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM (GST) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During promotional periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

4. Shipping Partners

We work exclusively with trusted courier partners such as:

  • Aramex, Emirates Post, and DHL Express for international shipping.

  • Quiqup or Shipa Delivery for same-day delivery in Dubai.

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or via the tracking link provided.


If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@kosmopellis.ae.

 


 

6. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and contact details are accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you directly.

Unsuccessful deliveries may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

 


 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us immediately at support@kosmopellis.ae within 48 hours of receipt.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

 


 

8. Delivery Restrictions

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military bases.

  • Some remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

  • Deliveries outside the GCC are not yet available but will be added soon.

 


 

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For GCC orders outside the UAE, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country’s regulations.

Kósmopellis is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
